March 2010
The third annual F3 Hunting Workshop was held March 12-14 in North Carolina.
This photo is of two of the four dogs who passed the den portion of the fox test. The dogs were required to enter the 60 foot den readily, arrive at the caged quarry without delay, and bark steadily for 10 minutes.
Left to right, Jim Mayer of Michigan with Dozer who is a young smooth male of Sian Kwa's breeding, Karla Deithorn, Stefan Füss of Germany, Josef Ramacher of Germany, Patricia Nance of Ohio with home-bred longhair Owl.
Not pictured are Quilla, a wirehaired dachshund bitch owned by Willette Brown of Maine, and a wire fox terrier.
Many thanks to Sian Kwa and her husband Matt Hopfsenberger for hosting this workshop!
